Interdisciplinarity in the ecological theme, with emphasis on the water problem

Abstract

In this text, it searches to develop the ecological theme in an interdisciplinary perspective, based on the principle of the common good and intergenerational justice; and, as a reference, the significant reflection of Pope Francisco, expressed in the ecological encyclical "Praised be you". Ecology calls for a new ethical paradigm that considers and articulates the new forms of knowledge and responsibility for the good of humanity and the Earth. In the specifically economic aspect, the concept of sustainability appears, which, especially through the contribution of the Environmental Conferences and the "Universal Declaration of the Rights of Water", defined its fundamental macro principles. In this reflection, the specific case of water, which requires all diffuse care, is applied with the application of the principles of sustainable development, the polluter pays, prevention, collective participation and ubiquity.
