APUNTES SOBRE LA INTERVENCIÓN MÃNIMA, LEGALIDAD Y CULPABILIDAD COMO LÃMITES AL EJERCICIO DEL DERECHO PENAL POR EL ESTADO EN LA CONSTITUCIÓN CUBANA DEL 2019
Abstract
The recognition of principles such as minimal intervention, legality and culpability in modern constitutions as limits to the exercise of Criminal Law constitute an undeniable guarantee for the respect of the fundamental rights of citizens. His approach in the new Cuban constitutional text as a reflection of the maturity and commitment of the constituent legislator in line with the improvement required by criminal law, are the focus of this work.
