FEMALE POLITICAL REPRESENTATION

AN OBSTACLE TO THE ACHIEVEMENT OF FULL DEMOCRACY IN BRAZIL AND TECHNOLOGY USAGE

Abstract

The research concerns the representativity of women in the context of Brazilian politics. It considers the shortage of women in diverse contexts, mentioning the main obstacles to the concretization of the fundamental law of political participation of the woman. In a critical perspective, the objective is to show that the political shortage is an obstacle to the exercise of full democracy. The method used will be a bibliographical review, searching information in books, academic articles, legislations and other documents which show relevance to the research. The results of the research point to the necessity of the implementation of affirmative public politics and of the usage of technology, with more efficient rules, which aim at the effective success of feminine application, searching a more egalitarian political space in matters of gender. This challenge's objective is to implement rights of personality of women.
