MÉTODOS HETERODOXOS DE APLICAÇÃO DE JUSTIÇA E AS PRÃTICAS DIALÓGICAS INTERDISCIPLINARES DE CONSTRUÇÃO DA CULTURA DA PAZ NAS SOLUÇÕES DE CONFLITOS
Abstract
The purpose of this article is to reflect on the heterodox methods of applying Justice, better known as adequate means of conflict resolution (MASC), necessary for the construction of a culture of peace in the solution of conflicts present in the Judiciary. Of relevant importance, the research reveals the advantages of the alternative means to the performance of the traditional Judiciary for the peaceful settlement of disputes, allowing the dejudicialization and reasonable length of the process. For this, the exploratory method of comprehensive doctrinal research in the areas of Law, Psychology, Sociology, History and Anthropology were used. Stands out as a relevant point the contribution of the research to changing the culture of litigation, violence, solutions imposed and not collectively constructed in a consensual decision-making process; and for the need for the training and education of Law operators with an expanded horizon in the peace building movement.
