PESQUISAS SOBRE A RELAÇÃO TRABALHO, RESSOCIALIZAÇÃO E SISTEMA PRISIONAL

APROXIMAÇÕES A OBJETO DE ESTUDO

Abstract

This article identifies in academic research, particularly dissertations and theses, contents registered for analysis about the relationship between work, resocialization and the prison system, produced in the period from 2000 to 2019, mapped in the database of the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations. Within the limits of this exhibition, we selected two studies whose contents are close to the object of study under development in a master's dissertation, that is, the ways in which the State of Mato Grosso do Sul operates with work in its educational and productive functions in the prison system. For this, we use the techniques of qualitative research, that is, bibliographic and documentary. In conclusion, the surveys request the promotion of citizenship, seeking to reduce criminal recidivism, but also record the concern of not making prison units merely holders of cheap and vulnerable labor, as well as disrespecting labor rights, given the condition of the inmate.
