O TRÃFICO HUMANO E O CRIME ORGANIZADO TRANSNACIONACIONAL
UMA ANÃLISE COMPARATIVA DOS INSTRUMENTOS JURÃDICOS INTERNACIONAIS
Abstract
This article specifically aims to work with two fundamental themes that seek, in doctrinal, legal and practical terms, intrinsically interlinked, which are: transnational organized crime and human trafficking. In this sense, it can be seen that the international reality led, at first, to the need to regulate the fight against transnational organized crime. However, due to its nuances and complexities, it did not deign to conceptualize and bring instruments capable of working internationally with human trafficking. As a result, the need to have a document for practical regulation emerged. Thus, the present study deserves an analysis of both instruments, with a special focus on the issue of human trafficking in the international scenario. Therefore, bibliographic and normative references will be chosen, as well as deductive, inductive and dogmatic means.
