A THE AUTONOMY AS A FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENT OF THE HUMAN DIGNITY
Abstract
The text exposes the main ideas about the autonomy as a fundamental element of the human dignity. Therefore, in the first chapter will be made some appointments about the concept and origin of the human dignity. In the second chapter, subdivided in three parts, seeks to analyze the autonomy, passing through its categories, namely, the private autonomy, public and the basic conditions of life. The private autonomy is related to individual freedoms, whereas public autonomy concerns the participation of individuals in politics, and, in turn, the basic conditions of life is related to the provision of essential conditions, by the State, in order to meet the vital needs of individuals, how it will be analyzed throughout the text.
